Body placement and lines are essential elements of ballet. Our dress code allows our instructors to observe and correct the posture and alignment of our students.
BRB has a strict Dress Code that can be purchased at Grand Prix Dancewear store, meeting all specific style numbers and color requirements. Please see your purchase options below.
All Dress Code attire is worn as the base for our simple recital costumes at the end of the school year.
Grand Prix is happy to help you with all the specific requirements. Just tell them your part of the BRB family!

DRESS CODE INFO
Label all dance wear and shoes with your child's name!
Watches and jewelry are not permitted, except small ear rings.
It is appropriate for students to wear cover-ups over dancewear when entering and exiting the building.
Dance shoes should not be worn outside.
Has your child outgrown his or her ballet clothes?
Donate their dance wear! Donate leotards, tights, boys' attire, shoes and other items to Bay Ridge Ballet!
